PCP Terms & Conditions
Credit is subject to status and is only available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Representative Example is based on an annual mileage of 8,000. With Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), once you have paid all of the regular monthly payments you have the option to (1) Return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment. If the vehicle has exceeded the maximum agreed mileage, a charge per excess mile will apply of 8.0 pence per mile (plus VAT). If the vehicle is in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and has not exceeded the maximum agreed mileage you will have nothing further to pay; (2) Pay the Optional Final Payment to own the vehicle or; (3) Part exchange the vehicle subject to settlement of your existing credit agreement; new credit agreements are subject to status. Offer ends 31/12/2025.

Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. Any commission amount we earn will be disclosed as part of our sales process and you will be informed of the amount after the proposal has been accepted and in good time before signing any agreement, you will be required to sign a commission disclosure document confirming you are aware of the commission being paid by the relevant lender.
