Ford Tourneo Courier

Versatile and practical, the Ford Tourneo Courier is perfectly suited to those with an active lifestyle and requirements that vary on a daily basis. With its spacious interior and punchy performance, it treats every journey as an adventure.

Exterior

Boasting Ford’s trademark looks in the form of shapely headlamps and a hexagonal grille, the Tourneo Courier is easily recognisable. Its raked windscreen flows into a high roofline, while a vertical rear offers class-leading boot space for your belongings.

A touch of sophistication is added through the crisp lines and gentle curves of the bodywork, and extra practicality comes in the form of roof rails, which enable you to carry extra sports gear or a roof box. With a wide range of paint colours available too, you can customise your model to your preferences.

Interior

Step inside and the first thing you’ll notice is the amount of space on offer. Both front and rear passengers have ample room to stretch out, and sliding rear doors make access easy. The 708-litre boot, meanwhile, gives you enough capacity to carry kids’ bikes and scooters, suitcases and more. Should you require more luggage space, the rear seats fold and tumble forward to accommodate larger items.

The cabin is decked out in quality yet durable materials, meaning it can stand up to extensive use, yet provides a comfy environment in which to travel. With an ergonomically arranged cockpit, the Tourneo Courier makes being behind the wheel a pleasure too.

Performance

Choose between the award-winning Ford EcoBoost 1.0-litre petrol engine and the brand’s efficient 1.5-litre TDCi Duratorq engine, depending on where your journeys take you. Both offer the power you need to get about – even with all the seats occupied and a laden boot – as well as clever technology that helps to conserve fuel and cut emissions.

Unlike many MPVs in its class, the Ford Tourneo Courier boasts precise handling and a small turning circle – just 10.5 metres – which makes manoeuvres and parking a breeze. And with supple suspension, it soaks up bumps to deliver a smooth, stable drive.

Technology and safety

As a family-oriented vehicle, the Tourneo Courier takes safety seriously. It’s kitted out with a range of active and passive features to keep you protected on every journey – features such as Electronic Stability Control and traction control that help to eliminate excessive wheel spin and keep you composed on the road.

Due to the height of the vehicle, there’s also Roll Stability Control fitted as standard to keep the tyres grounded, particularly through off-camber turns. Other smart technology includes Hill Start Assist and automatic headlights.
